Yeshua's Ministry

(Please note: This bible study can be directly accessed on the Internet at http://www.enterHiscovenant.com/BibleStudy20180401.htm)

Hi! I'm Pastor Floyd! I wish I had a photograph of you, too, so that I could visualize to whom I am talking! But Yahuah Hayah, the Self-Existent, Eternal I AM, the Creator of all and King over it, knows who you are; and that's all that matters!

Welcome to our friends all over the world! Whoever you are, whatever time of day it is for you, the amazing and wonderful thing is that we are together for this hour, fulfilling Yahuah's prophecy through Yeshua:

This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come! (Matthew 24:14)

Let us pray:

Our heavenly Father, I want to thank you for moving the hearts of your children to watch and listen to this broadcast in such amazing numbers and then to respond personally as they have, to D.J., in regard to what they have learned! Of primary interest, Father, has been those who have come wanting prayer for their individual needs! I speak to those needs, Father, of whatever they may consist, and command that they be met completely and adequately! And I thank you, Father, for the answer to those needs that you have now put into ha Kodesh Ruach, Your Holy Spirit, to bless all those who have shown their faith in You by asking for this prayer! We know, Father, by Your word through Yeshua, that for men these things are impossible but with you, our Creator and King, all things are possible; and we give you the praise and the glory that all things are now done to fulfill gloriously the desires of those who have come to us with faith in their hearts to believe that you have the answers for which they have been looking!

Thank you for being with us, now; and, as I speak your word, make it alive in the hearts of all who are hearing me.

We thank you for all of this, Father; and we pray it in the mighty name of Yeshua ha Mawshiyach, Whom we love with all our hearts! Amen!

When we were moving through Mark's Gospel last week, here is where we left off:

1 After two days was the Feast of the Passover and of Unleavened Bread! And the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might take Him by craft and put Him to death! 2 But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar of the people! (Mark 14:1 and 2)

Here Mark records the raw wickedness that was working to destroy Yeshua, Yahuah Hayah's beloved "Word" (John 1:1) and "only begotten Son"! (John 3:16) When Yeshua sent Richard Eby to Hell, the devils that inhabited his dark cell said:

Satan told us to assemble around Yeshua's cross, to watch God die! That is what created the darkness that people saw that day! But Yeshua did not die: His Spirit simply went back into His Father's hands! And we knew then that Satan had lied to us and that we were lost for ever! (Paragraph 375 - "32210100 An Apostle of the Recent Past" an excerpt from Richard Eby's book, Didn't You Read My Book? (Companion Press))

Mark continues:

3 In Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper, as He sat at meat, there came a woman having an alabaster box of ointment of spikenard, very precious! And she brake the box and poured it on His head! 4 But some had indignation, within themselves, saying, Why was this waste of the ointment made? 5 It might have been sold, for more than three hundred pence, and have been given to the poor! And they murmured, against her. 6 But Jesus said, Let her alone! Why trouble ye her? She hath wrought a good work on Me. 7 For ye have the poor with you always! And, whensoever ye will, ye may do them good. But Me ye have not always. 8 She hath done what she could! She is come, aforehand, to anoint My body for burial! 9 Verily I say, unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached throughout the whole world, this also that she hath done shall be spoken of, for a memorial of her. (Mark 14:3 to 9)

Is that not what is happening right now? Here we are, reviewing “this gospel … throughout the whole world”; and we are remembering what this precious woman did in her foreknowledge of what Yeshua was about to suffer! Mark continues:

10 Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went, unto the chief priests, to betray Him unto them. 11 And, when they heard it, they were glad, and promised to give him money! And he sought how he might conveniently betray Him. (Mark 14:10 and 11)

Bible scholars have long wondered what Judas's thinking was to cause him to betray Yeshua. We wonder, along with them. Mark continues:

12 The first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the Passover, His disciples said, unto Him, Where wilt Thou that we go and prepare that Thou mayest eat the Passover? 13 And He sent forth two of His disciples, saying unto them, Go ye into the city, and there shall meet you a man bearing a pitcher of water: follow him. 14 And wheresoever he shall go in, say ye to the goodman of the house, The Master saith, Where is the guest chamber, where I shall eat the Passover with My disciples? 15 And he will show you a large upper room furnished and prepared! There make ready for us. 16 And His disciples went forth, came into the city and found as He had said unto them: and they made ready the Passover! 17 And in the evening He came with the twelve! (Mark 14:12 to 17)

Yeshua's ability to know where a servant of this house would be when His disciples were looking for him defies our ability to comprehend such power. John wrote: "The word was God!" (John 1:1) And this way of directing His disciples involving such an amazing foreknowledge strongly confirms John's statement about Yeshua and helps us to believe in Him, as we must to "not perish but have everlasting life"! (John 3:16) Mark continues:

18 As they sat and ate, Jesus said, Verily I say, unto you, One of you who eateth with Me shall betray Me. 19 And they began to be sorrowful and to say unto Him one by one, Is it I? 20 He said, unto them, It is one of the twelve, who dippeth with Me in the dish! 21 The Son of man indeed goeth, as it is written of Him: but woe to that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! Good were it, for that man, if he had never been born! (Mark 14:18 to 21)

Whatever may have been Judas's motivation or reasoning for betraying Him, Yeshua indicates here that Judas was a seriously disturbed man, who had fallen into obeying "the destroyer"! (Psalm 17:4) Mark continues:

22 As they ate, Jesus took bread, blessed, brake it and gave, to them, saying, Take, eat: this is My body! 23 And He took the cup! And, when He had given thanks, He gave it, to them: and they all drank of it. 24 And he said, unto them, This is My blood of the New Testament, which is shed for many! 25 Verily I say, unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God! 26 When they had sung an hymn, they went out, into the mount of Olives! 27 And Jesus said, unto them, All ye shall be offended, because of Me, this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered! 28 But after I am risen, I will go before you, into Galilee! 29 But Peter said, unto Him, Though all shall be offended, yet will not I! 30 And Jesus said, unto him, Verily I say, unto thee, that this day, even in this night, before the cock crow twice, thou shalt deny Me thrice! 31 But Peter spake the more vehemently, If I should die with Thee, I will not deny Thee. Likewise said they all! (Mark 14:22 to 31)

Mark's account leaves out the reason Yeshua gave for His blood's being shed, the benefit of which Matthew gives us in his account: "This is My blood of the New Testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins!" (Matthew 26:28) That final phrase, "for the remission of sins" is critical to understanding Yahuah Hayah's reason for commanding Yeshua to lay down His life! (John 10:17 and 18) For without that reason, Yeshua's suffering and death would have been for nothing! And Yahuah, our magnificent Creator and King does not do things "for nothing"! His creation itself had a reason, which John gives us in his Revelation:

Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory, honor and power! For Thou hast created all things! And for Thy pleasure they are and were created! (Revelation 4:11)

Doing things "for pleasure" is considered to be "hedonism"! My online Merriam-Webster dictionary says that "hedonism" is "the doctrine that pleasure or happiness is the sole or chief good in life", although that is refuted by Yeshua's laying down His life "for the remission of sins"! Being lashed and hung on a cross is no one's idea of "pleasure"! Yet we find, in Isaiah's prophecy of that event, the strange expression:

10 It pleased Yahuah to bruise Him; He hath put Him to grief! When Thou shalt make His soul an offering for sin, He shall see His seed! He shall prolong his days! And the pleasure of Yahuah shall prosper in His hand! 11 He shall see the travail of His soul and shall be satisfied! By His knowledge shall My righteous servant justify many! For He shall bear their iniquities! (Isaiah 53:10 and 11)

In Yeshua's sacrificing of Himself "the pleasure of Yahuah" prospered, because He "justified many"! And here we have an example of maturity or the wisdom to know that suffering certain things can result in good! Those who indulge themselves with only an immediate good in mind often miss the greater good that is possible by doing what is painful! Those who work for others set aside their own desires, which is sometimes painful, to please their employers! But the result is their being paid, which enables them to pursue more effectively those things that they desire!

Yeshua said that Satan or "the Devil ... is a liar"! (John 8:44) And John wrote that: "the Devil ... deceiveth the whole world!" (Revelation 12:9) So we have, in Yahuah Hayah's holy scriptures both what Satan does, which is to lie, and why he does it, which is to deceive or cause us, Yahuah's beloved children, to believe wrong things! Satan knows that "pleasure" is a strong motivator; and sought wisely, it is a good thing, which pleases our loving heavenly Father! but sought foolishly, it can injure, kill and damn forever! And that is not His will for us.

The pursuit of pleasure also affects or is involved with what we believe! Yahuah Hayah's prophecy through Isaiah would have us believe that Yeshua's suffering and death was pleasing to Yahuah Hayah because it worked to "justify many"! (Isaiah 53:11) The exact statement is: "By His knowledge shall My righteous servant justify many!" So we must be careful to ascertain exactly how we are justified; for believing the wrong thing about that truth can damn one to Hell!

Satan knows this and, being the liar and deceiver that he is, he works to turn Yahuah Hayah's saving truth into a lie that condemns, which is exactly the opposite of why Yahuah commanded Yeshua to lay down His life!

Yahuah Hayah's saving truth is that "sin", which is "the transgression of the law" (1st John 3:4) hurts one's neighbor and it hurts Yahuah, Whose Spirit is in the neighbor, conveying the hurt to Him, who, being our Creator and King, is not worthy to be hurt. Yeshua said: "To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth!" (John 18:37) And I have given you, only a moment ago, what that "saving truth" is!

Compare this truth to Yahuah Hayah's statement through Isaiah: "By His knowledge shall My righteous servant justify many!" (Isaiah 53:11) "His knowledge" is the truth that Yeshua provided by allowing His enemies to torture and kill Him. Their wickedness was sufficiently hurtful and unjust to convince some of Yahuah's beloved children that sin is wrong and that one should "repent" (Matthew 4:17) or "think differently" (Strong: Greek: 3340) about breaking the commandments of Yahuah's Torah or law, its "First and Great Commandment" (Matthew 22:38) being to love Him and one's neighbor!

If the people who crucified Yeshua had loved Him, they would not have done what they did to Him. So the "love" of Yahuah Hayah that He expressed through His Torah or law is the key to a better life, world and eternity!

Alright, that's being Yahuah Hayah's "saving truth", what did Satan give as his version of why Yeshua died, so that Yahuah's beloved children would completely miss the truth that Yeshua worked to establish by laying down His life?

Satan took something Yeshua said and turned it to mean something else, which completely undoes what Yahuah Hayah set out to accomplish through Yeshua. I speak of the place where Yeshua said: "The Son of man came not to be ministered unto but to minister and to give His life a ransom for many!" (Matthew 20:28)

Yeshua paid a "ransom for many" in the sense that it is what the "many" required that He do to get a saving truth over to them that would overcome the damning lie under which they had been laboring! The "damning lie" is that "sin", which "is the transgression of the law" (1st John 3:4) is alright, that it causes no harm and can be done without any painful consequence!

If Yahuah Hayah's beloved children had not accepted the lie and behaved accordingly,Yeshua would not have had to bring Yahuah's saving truth to them and present it in a way that would shake them to the roots of their being and cause them to give up the lie.

But Yahuah Hayah's beloved children did accept Satan's lie about "sin" or "the transgression of the law", so Yahuah did have to command Yeshua to lay down His life, by allowing His enemies, who were Satan's servants, to do their worst to Him, to show Yahuah's beloved children exactly how terrible sin really is!

So, in this sense, Yahuah Hayah's beloved children did require that Yeshua pay a "price", which is what a kidnapper does, who demand's a "ransom" for the return of the beloved member of a family that he has taken from them.

But we must not forget that the "ransom" or "price paid" was the enactment of a saving truth that was intended to "overcome" a damning lie and cause Yahuah Hayah's beloved children to give up the lie and return to the truth that He had given through His Torah in the form of commandments, which require that one love Him and one's neighbor! He said, through His psalmist:

"Thy law is the truth" (Psalm 119:142) and "All Thy commandments are truth". (Verse 151)

So of what did Satan's lie consist concerning the "price" that Yeshua did pay, so that Yahuah Hayah's beloved children would completely miss the point or meaning of His sacrifice?

Satan said it through Paul, who wrote:

24 Christ Jesus, 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in His blood, to declare His righteousness for the remission of sins that are past! (Romans 3:24 and 25)

The word "propitiation" means "atoning victim" (Strong: Greek: 2436); and Yeshua did indeed make an "atoning victim" of Himself; we have no problem in that; so in what does the problem or "damning lie" reside?

The "damning lie" resides in two parts of Paul's statement: 1 "faith in His blood" and 2 "His righteousness", both of these ideas being "for the remission of sins"!

"Remission of sins" of course is vital to salvation! So, if Satan could confuse or negate what truly causes "remission of sins", he would have succeeding in seriously undermining the "saving truth" that Yeshua came to "bear witness" to. (John 18:37)

"Remission" is the translation of a word meaning "toleration"! (Strong: Greek: 3929) When the sinning Israelite brought his "sin offering" (Numbers 15:27) to the priest to "make an atonement for the soul that sinneth ignorantly", Yahuah Hayah said, through Yeshua through Moses: "it shall be forgiven him"; but another way of looking at that "forgiveness" is that Yahuah would "tolerate" the sin of the sinner, not cutting Him off from His people.

This is in contrast to Yahuah Hayah's treatment of "the soul who doeth ought presumptuously" (Numbers 15 30) or deliberately regardless of the commandments of Yahuah's Torah or law. Because "the same reproacheth Yahuah ... that soul shall be cut off from among his people"! (Verse 31)

We are talking about, here, Yahuah Hayah's damnation! Because a child of His whom He has "cut off from among his people" has only one other place to go; and that is "Hell" (Luke 16:23) or "the Lake of Fire"! (Revelation 20:14)

So "remission" or "toleration" is important in Yahuah Hayah's way of judging His children; and, according to Paul that was to be achieved by 1 "faith in His [Yeshua's] blood" and 2 Yeshua's "righteousness"! (Romans 3:24 and 25)

What is so beneficial about Yeshua's blood that one was, according to Paul, to have "faith" in it?

We have no problem acknowledging that Yeshua's blood was shed and that it was "shed for many for the remission of sins"! (Matthew 26:28) But what is this, that according to Paul we are to have "faith" in it or we are to "believe" in it. Yeshua said:

God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life! (John 3:16)

This verse is quoted often, because it spells out, in no uncertain terms, exactly what causes one to "not perish but have everlasting life"! And what is it that does that?

Is it not to "believe in Him" - Yahuah Hayah's "only begotten Son"?

Is that not Yeshua? And Who is He? John wrote that "all things were made by Him". (John 1:1) Is one likely to go wrong to "believe" or "have faith" in Him Who created all things? Is not creating "all things" a recommendation worthy of one's belief?

But what did Yeshua's blood do other than to escape His body and run down His cross?

Yeshua's blood is part of what He created! It is a created substance that simply did what it was caused to do; so, since when are our sins forgiven because we have "faith" in that created thing?

Do you not see the nasty derailment of the "faith" of Yahuah Hayah's beloved children that Satan worked through Paul to arrange? Instead of believing Yeshua, which Yeshua said is so relevant to having "everlasting life", one is to believe in a created substance!

Alright, let us look at the second subtle lie that Satan worked through Paul to establish: "24 Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in His blood, to declare His righteousness for the remission of sins that are past!"

According to Paul and according to the spirit he was listening to at this particular point, all that Yeshua did, making Himself "a propitiation" or "atoning victim", was "to declare His righteousness"; and that declaration was "for the remission of sins"! His "righteousness" was to be the cause of all Yahuah Hayah's beloved children to be forgiven their sins!

Alright, let us compare that to what Yeshua said about "righteousness":

Except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of Heaven! (Matthew 5:20)

From that statement we see that "righteousness" is the key to entering "into the kingdom of Heaven"! But whose "righteousness"? "Your righteousness", right? - the "righteousness" of each one of us who want to be saved! Yahuah Hayah said through Yeshua through Moses:

It shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments! (Deuteronomy 6:25)

Whose "righteousness"? "Our righteousness", right? which is that all important key to entering "into the kingdom of Heaven"! So what has this to do with Yeshua's "righteousness"?

Of course we know that Yeshua was righteous: Yahuah Hayah wrote, through His author: "We have not an high priest Who cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities but was, in all points, tempted like as we are yet without sin!" (Hebrews 4:15) But what does His being "without sin" got to do with our being so, in order that Yahuah Hayah will "tolerate" us in His kingdom?

The key to our being thus tolerated or looked upon as having "righteousness" is stated, in Yahuah Hayah's Torah or law! "if we observe to do all these commandments"! (Deuteronomy 6:25) If He had said, "if we do all these commandments", we would have been lost forever! And He knows that; because none of His beloved children can do that. So He said, "if we observe to do all these commandments"; and "observe" means to "guard" (Strong: Hebrew: 8104; Greek: 5083) or "put a value on", which can be done by anyone who believes that, being our Creator and King, Yahuah is worthy of being given our best effort in doing His commandments.

So in Paul's version of Yeshua's sacrifice of Himself, we have the two nasty alterations of fact that completely change its outcome! If Yeshua's blood is what we are to believe instead of Him Who created His blood and everything else, we have been robbed of our "everlasting life"! And, if we are satisfied that Yeshua's righteousness is the "truth" being declared by His laying down His life, who cares about "our righteousness" or our guarding or putting a value on the commandments of Yahuah Hayah's Torah or law? Yeshua said:

I am ... come to call ... sinners to repentance! (Matthew 9:13)

So that no doubt remains that getting Yahuah Hayah's children away from keeping, observing or putting a value on the commandments of Yahuah Hayah's Torah or law was the object of Paul's version of salvation, consider what else he wrote:

1 "Ye could not be justified by the law of Moses!" (Acts 13:39)

2 "The righteousness of God without the law is manifested." (Romans 3:21)

3 "A man is justified, by faith, without the deeds of the law." (Romans 3:28)

4 "Ye are not under the law." (Romans 6:14; Galatians 5:18)

5 "Ye ... are become dead to the law." (Romans 7:4)

6 "We are delivered from the law." (Romans 7:6)

7 "2 If ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing! 3 For I testify, again, to every man who is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law. 4 Christ is become of no effect unto you; whosoever of you are justified by the law, ye are fallen from grace!" (Galatians 5:2 to 4)

8 "Ye are not under the law." (Galatians 5:18)

9 "6 touching the righteousness that is in the law, blameless! 7 But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ! (including “the righteousness that is in the law”) 8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things (including “the righteousness that is in the law”) but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for Whom I have suffered the loss of all things (including “the righteousness that is in the law”) and do count them but dung!" (Philippians 3:6 to 8)

10 “13 You, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath He quickened together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, 14 blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to His cross!” (Colossians 2:13 and 14)

Mark continued:

32 They came to a place that was named Gethsemane: and He said to His disciples, Sit ye here, while I pray. 33 And He taketh, with Him, Peter, James and John, and began to be sore amazed and very heavy; 34 and He said, unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful unto death! Tarry ye here and watch! 35 And He went forward, a little, fell on the ground and prayed that, if it were possible, the hour might pass from Him. 36 He said, Abba, Father, all things are possible to Thee; take away this cup from Me: nevertheless not what I will but what Thou wilt. 37 And He cometh and findeth them sleeping and saith, unto Peter, Simon, sleepest thou? Couldest not thou watch one hour? 38 Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation! The spirit is ready, but the flesh is weak! 39 Again He went away and prayed the same words! 40 And, when He returned, He found them asleep again, (for their eyes were heavy,) neither knew they what to answer Him. 41 He cometh the third time and saith, unto them, Sleep on, now, and take your rest: it is enough, the hour is come; behold, the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners! 42 Rise up, let us go; lo, he who betrayeth Me is at hand! (Mark 14:32 to 42)

Yeshua's being God and knowing all things gave Him foreknowledge of what His suffering and death would amount to; and, being also human, He wanted no part of what He sensed was coming! But His godly wisdom always attached the proviso that His Father's answering His prayer be “what Thou wilt”! And I attach the same to my prayers, knowing that the wrong thing asked will curse rather than bless!

We of course know that Yahuah Hayah's will for His Son was that He suffer and die at the hands of His enemies, that His beloved children never again suppose that they are above doing the unthinkable! Yahuah wrote, through Solomon: "Pride goeth before destruction and an haughty spirit before a fall!" (Proverbs 16:18) And the pride of at least some of Yahuah's beloved children was virtually destroyed, by what certain of them did to the innocent Son of God, "Who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed of the devil"! (Acts 10:38)

Yeshua was also wise enough to know the power of agreement! (Matthew 18:19) And He had hoped for that support from His favorite disciples! But they let Him down, until the time to "watch and pray" was over! Yeshua's betrayer was "at hand"! So it did not matter what the disciples did, from that time on! The Father's will for Yeshua was clear! Mark continued:

43 While He yet spake cometh Judas, one of the twelve, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests, the scribes and the elders! 44 He who betrayed Him had given them a token, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is He; take Him and lead Him away safely! 45 As soon as he was come, he goeth straightway to Him, saying, Master, Master; and kissed Him. 46 So they laid their hands on Him and took Him. 47 One of them who stood by drew a sword and smote a servant of the high priest, cutting off his ear! 48 Jesus said, unto them, Are ye come out as against a thief, with swords and with staves, to take Me? 49 I was daily with you in the temple, teaching, and ye took Me not: but the scriptures must be fulfilled! 50 And they all forsook Him and fled! 51 There followed Him a certain young man having a linen cloth cast about his naked body! The young men laid hold on him; 52 and he left the linen cloth and fled, from them, naked! (Mark 14:43 to 52)

Confusion is evident in Judas's instruction to the "multitude" he had brought with him "with swords and staves"! For he requested that they "lead Him away safely"! Did he suppose that they had come to show Yeshua any kind of respect?

Mark withheld the fact that Peter drew the sword and wounded the high priest's servant, while John told it the way it was, writing: "Simon Peter having a sword drew it, and smote the high priest’s servant, and cut off his right ear." (John 18:10) John even gave the servant's name! John also included Yeshua's response to that incident: "Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father hath given me, shall I not drink it?" (Verse 11)

But Matthew's account was even more complete; He wrote: "52 Then said Jesus, unto him, Put up thy sword into its place! For all they who take the sword shall perish with the sword. 53 Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to My Father, and He shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels? 54 But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled that thus it must be?" (Matthew 26:52 to 54)

Yeshua chided the "multitude" for having "come out as against a thief" and for not taking Him in the temple! For I am sure He knew the craftiness of "the chief priests, the scribes and the elders" in not rousing up the people in the temple! Yet, ironically, it was "the people" (Mark 15:11) who cried out "Crucify Him!" (Verse 13)

Yeshua's earlier reference to the prophecy "I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered!" (Mark 14:27) was fulfilled, when His disciples "all forsook Him and fled", regardless of the fact that they had all joined with Peter in saying: "I will not deny Thee." (Verse 31) Mark continued:

53 They led Jesus away to the high priest: and with him were assembled all the chief priests, the elders and the scribes! 54 And Peter followed Him afar off, even into the palace of the high priest: and he sat with the servants and warmed himself at the fire! 55 And the chief priests and all the council sought for witness against Jesus to put him to death and found none! 56 Many bare false witness against Him, but their witness agreed not together! 57 Certain bare false witness against Him, saying, 58 We heard Him say, I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and within three days I will build another made without hands. 59 But neither did their witness agree together. 60 And the high priest stood up, in the midst, and asked Jesus, saying, Answerest thou nothing? What is it that these witness against Thee? 61 But He held His peace and answered nothing! So the high priest asked Him, Art thou the Christ, the Son of the Blessed? 62 And Jesus said, I AM! And ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of Heaven! 63 Then the high priest rent his clothes and said, What need we any further witnesses? 64 Ye have heard the blasphemy! What think ye? And they all condemned Him to be guilty of death! 65 So some began to spit on him, to cover His face and to buffet Him, saying, Prophesy! And the servants struck Him, with the palms of their hands! (Mark 14:53 to 65)

Of course this was only the beginning of Yeshua's terrible experience at the hands of "the chief priests, the elders and the scribes". That they, being the religious leaders of Yahuah Hayah's beloved "chosen people" (Deuteronomy 7:6), behaved so atrociously against Him is ironic beyond imagining and a commentary on how far away from Yahuah's will for them they had wandered! Regardless of all the amazing things that Yeshua did to minister to Yahuah's beloved children, all they could think of was to destroy Him; and that, dear friends, is service to Satan, the enemy of us all!

And the visitor is not obliged to sit and listen to my choice of topic; rather, through our topical index, "Convocations by Topics", he can go to any sermon that interests him and see what Yahuah has to say about the topic of the visitor's choice!

When people recite things to me, a lot of it goes by me without my being able to hear it or process it; so I like the written report, which sits before me so long as I need it before going on to the next idea, especially when I would like to take notes from it; and our website does exactly that, for your careful consideration!

I can also remind you that I have put the original script for each of these bible studies on our website; and they, too, are available there, for review or for clarification of material possibly obscured by poor technology, lack of hearing or whatever!

You might wonder how this ministry manages to function in a world where a price is demanded for virtually everything that one needs! Faith Harvest Israel is a faith-based ministry, which relies entirely on the tithes and offerings of people like you, who appreciate what we are doing and make themselves a part of the ministry through their tithes and offerings! If you are one of those people whom Yahuah Hayah has led to be a part of this ministry, address your check or money order to "enterhiscovenant.com" and send it to 18627 Brookhurst St. 557, Fountain Valley, California 92708; and Yahuah will bless you for it.

Let us pray: Our heavenly Father, I thank you for this enlightening time you have given all of us together. I pray that it has been helpful to all who have watched this wonderful live video; and I pray that you bless all of them richly throughout the coming week, for the hunger in their hearts that prompted them to hear Your words! I know that each and every one of these children of Yours is precious to you and that you love him or her passionately! So it has been a great privilege to help you reach out to them and give them Your spirit and life through the words that we have spoken! Thank you for that fulfillment; all the praise and the glory for it be to you; blessed by your precious and holy name! Amen!

Amen! Alleluia!
