Yahuah Hayah's Wealth

(Please note: This sermon can be directly accessed on the Internet at http://www.enterHiscovenant.com/Sabbath20130504.htm)

Hi! I'm Pastor Floyd! I wish I had a photograph of you, too, so that I could visualize to whom I am talking! But Yahuah Hayah, the Self-Existent, Eternal I AM, the Creator of the universe and King over it, knows who you are; and that's all that matters!

At this point in your participation in the service, I recommend that you go to Sabbath Ritual and participate in the prayer in which we like to engage each week, as I do each morning, to avail ourselves of Yahuah Hayah's "Power of Agreement" (Matthew 18:19) for the basic things that all of us must have each day of our lives! Although repetitious and time-consuming, doing that will bless you, the fellowship and all of His children in the universe! It is what I call "getting prayed up"!

As for the thoughts that Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) gave me for this Sabbath, He said, through Moses: "Thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is He Who giveth thee power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant!" (Deuteronomy 8:18) That implies, to me, that "God, Who knoweth the hearts (Acts 15:8)", must know that His child will work to establish His covenant, before He will give him the wealth to do that; and how else does He know any such thing other than by our having determined in our heart to do that?

So it appears to me that those of us pining away in our poverty are well advised to look into Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s covenant, first of all to understand it and secondly to want to teach it at every opportunity, so that "He may establish His covenant" (Deuteronomy 8:18) through us, who presumably will have studied it sufficiently to know what it is about!

First of all, it would be well that we understand what a covenant is, especially Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s kind of covenent.

The word in the Old Testament's Hebrew that has been translated "covenant (Genesis 6:18)" is a word that means "a compact (because made by passing between pieces of flesh)"! (Strong: Hebrew: 1285)

My quoting of "covenant" was from the place where Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) was preparing Noah to deal with the tremendous flood that He was ready to release upon Earth! He said, to Noah: "With thee will I establish My covenant! And thou shalt come into the ark, thou and thy sons and thy wife and thy sons' wives with thee." (Genesis 6:18) And from that use of the word "covenant" we ought to derive some sense of its importance!

Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) was planning to save Noah and his family from drowning in the flood that was soon to come upon them and upon all mankind! But He would do that only by having Noah let him "establish" His covenant with him and with his family! And how could that be, unless Noah and his family agreed to live by that covenant?

When Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) was ready to establish His covenant with Abraham, He had Abraham "take Me an heifer of three years old, a she goat of three years old, a ram of three years old, a turtledove and a young pigeon"! (Genesis 15:9) Abraham seemed to understand what Yahuah wanted with those animals; for "he took, unto him, all these and divided them, in the midst, and laid each piece one against another"! (Verse 10)

The sense of all that bloody cutting of the animals in two becomes vaguely evident, when "a deep sleep fell upon Abram"; (Genesis 15:9) and Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) "said, unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years"! (Verse 13)"!

Also that nation whom they shall serve will I judge! And afterward shall they come out with great substance! (Genesis 15:14)

Behold, a smoking furnace and a burning lamp, which passed between those pieces! (Genesis 15:17)

There, in that description of Abraham's vision, is an hint of the definition of a biblical "covenant" that we saw above, which was "a compact (because made by passing between pieces of flesh)"! (Strong: Hebrew: 1285)

Scholars tell us that in making His covenant Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) took advantage of a longstanding tradition whereby men wanting to enter into a solemn agreement would divide pieces of an animal and walk between them, saying, If I break this covenant, let be done to me what we have done to this animal! One might say that agreements between parties were solemnized in that way or made to be binding with an understanding of serious consequences should they be broken!

But notice that Abraham did not walk between the pieces; It was "a burning lamp that passed between those pieces". (Genesis 15:17) Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) wrote, through His psalmist: "Thy word is a lamp, unto my feet, and a light, unto my path!" (Psalm 119:105)

So we are able to surmise, by a symbolism, that it was Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ), "the Word" (John 1:1), Who passed between the pieces; He said: "Before Abraham was, I AM!" (John 8:58) And, by understanding the covenant tradition, we are able to hear Him saying, "If I break this covenant, let be done to Me what you, Abraham, have done to these animals!" So Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) solemnized, in a way that Abraham could understand, how faithful He is to keep the covenant that He always establishes with His children! He is a covenant God! He wrote, through His psalmist:

My covenant will I not break nor alter the thing that is gone out of My lips! (Psalm 89:34)

When Moses had been on Mount Sinai receiving from Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) His Torah, law and covenant, "Moses came and told the people all the words of Yahuah and all the judgments: and all the people answered, with one voice, and said, All the words that Yahuah hath said will we do!" (Exodus 24:3) There was the promise of the children of Israel to keep Yahuah's words and judgments! And that moment was when Yahuah's Torah or law became His "covenant with the house of Israel" - the moment when His children came into agreement with it. (Jeremiah 31:31) But He still had Moses solemnize it, according to the tradition of "blood covenant", lest they forget the seriousness of their commitment! Yahuah's recorder wrote:

4Moses wrote all the words of the Lord and rose up, early in the morning, and built an altar, under the hill, and twelve pillars, according to the twelve tribes of Israel! 5And he sent young men of the children of Israel, who offered burnt offerings and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen, unto the Lord! (Exodus 24:4 and 5)

6And Moses took half of the blood and put it in basons; and half of the blood he sprinkled on the altar! 7And he took the Book of the Covenant and read in the audience of the people: and they said, All that the Lord hath said will we do and be obedient! 8And Moses took the blood and sprinkled it, on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant that the Lord hath made with you concerning all these words!(Exodus 24:6 to 8)

Notice, please, first of all, that Moses put Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s covenant in writing! Then Yahuah had him sprinkle half the blood on His altar, which solemnized His part in the agreement, and the other half on the people, which solemnized their part in it; but none of that has any meaning without an understanding of the tradition of cutting blood covenant, which is why the Hebrew word for "covenant" means, literally "cutting"! (Strong: Hebrew: 1285)

The heavy physical consequence waiting for anyone who broke a blood covenant simply represented, for those who entered into Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s "covenant with the house of Israel" (Jeremiah 31:31) the even far more serious spiritual consequence waiting for those who broke His covenant; He said, through Moses:

I have set, before you, life and death, blessing and cursing! Therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live! (Deuteronomy 30:19)

That appears to be a comprable consequence for breaking a blood covenant; for "death" certainly is the result of being cut in pieces! But I have said that the consequence of breaking Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s covenant is, also, a "spiritual consequence"; and that is realized, when one takes into consideration Yahuah's words through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ): If thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments! (Matthew 19:17)

That still implies a physical death for not keeping the commandments of Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s Torah, law and covenant, until one observes carefully that the life to which Yahuah was alluding through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ) was "eternal life" (Matthew 19:16), which, by the same token, implies that the death involved is, also, eternal. Those are high stakes for any covenant; and, if one is to believe Yahuah's words, keeping His covenant or not involves exactly such results!

Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) spoke, through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ), of His judgment upon certain wicked people: These shall go away into everlasting punishment! (Matthew 25:46) And He wrote, through Yeshua, through His faithful apostle John:

The smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever! And they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image! (Revelation 14:11)

If the life or death of Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s covenant is eternal, then so also would be the wealth obtained for establishing it, which to realize puts an entirely new understanding on the wealth we are talking about. Yahuah advised, through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ), a wealthy young man:

Sell that thou hast and give to the poor! And thou shalt have treasure in Heaven! And come and follow Me! (Matthew 19:21)

Matthew wrote that, "when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions"! (Matthew 19:22) What the young man apparently did not realize is that, when one gives to anyone, by Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s economy it is returned to him, so that he can give some more, which is Yahuah's ongoing creative process for the maintenance of His children! He said, through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ):

Give, and it shall be given unto you. (Luke 6:38)

I used to hear an evangelist raising money for Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s work say, "If He can get it through you, He will get it to you." This is born out by Yahuah's words through His psalmist:

1Blessed is he who considereth the poor! Yahuah will deliver him, in time of trouble! 2Yahuah will preserve him and keep him alive! And he shall be blessed, upon the Earth: and Thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies! 3Yahuah will strengthen him, upon the bed of languishing: Thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness!(Psalm 41:1 to 3

There are several interesting benefits of which to take note, in that passage: In Verse 1 Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s deliverance from trouble is promised. In Verse 2 Yahuah not only promises preservation to keep His generous child alive, which implies good health, but He promises His blessing in general, which covers every kind of provision imaginable (Deuteronomy 28:1 to 14), as well as protecting His merciful servant from "the will of his enemies"! And, in Verse 3, He promises that should His obedient servant get sick, He will strengthen him. So, in my view, that well covers the bases of our needs and desires, when we look after those of Yahuah's children who for whatever reason have become poor or less advantaged then ourselves!

It is said that to give a hungry man a fish is good; but giving him a fishing rod is even better! For then he can go on fishing and feed himself and others for a long time! The "rod" of which I am thinking is Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s words through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ) of "spirit" and "life" (John 6:63), which teach us of Yahuah's "way"! He said, through Moses:

The Lord shall establish thee an holy people unto Himself, as He hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God and walk in His ways! (Deuteronomy 28:9)

Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) said, to Abraham: "Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield and thy exceedingly great reward! (Genesis 15:1) And the reason why Yahuah was able to say that to Abraham was "because Abraham obeyed My voice and kept My charge, My commandments, My statutes and My law! (Genesis 26:5)"

Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s "law" (Psalm 105:10) is the same as His "everlasting covenant" (Verse 10), which "He hath remembered ... for ever, the word that He commanded to a thousand generations" (Verse 8) and which, to "establish" (Deuteronomy 8:18) He gives us "power to get wealth"! (Verse 18)

Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s law tells us what He wants from us and what He will do when we determine in our hearts to give it to Him; and, when we make that determination, His law becomes binding upon both Him and us, which is His "everlasting covenant" (Psalm 105:10) with us

By Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s "everlasting covenant" (Psalm 105:10) we obtain His righteousness, which He regards as "our righteousness" (Deuteronomy 6:25), by which we immediately enter into His "kingdom of Heaven" (Matthew 5:20); because "the kingdom of God is within you". (Luke 17:21)

By Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s "everlasting covenant" (Psalm 105:10) you obtain "your life" (Deuteronomy 32:47), which He said through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ) is His "eternal life". (Matthew 19:16)

Furthermore, by Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s "everlasting covenant" (Psalm 105:10) you obtain His "Spirit of truth" (John 14:17; 16:13), Whom He said through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ) "will guide you into all truth" (Verse 13), which He said, through Yeshua "will make you free"! (John 8:32)

And all of the above, my dear friend, is only a peek at Yahuah's wealth!

I pray that this information I have given you is true in Yahuah Hayah's sight, that it can be stored in your spirit for great and beneficial use to you as the days go by and that we might hear from you now and then as you find it working its wonders in your life!

Father, by my "faith in God"! (Mark 11:22) I "speak" (Mark 11:23), to your children, and command that they be given the knowledge and understanding of you, our beloved Yahuah Hayah, by which to be given Your power to get Your wealth!

I rejoice (John 15:11) that You are faithful to fulfill Your children's powerful use of their "dominion ... over every living thing that moveth upon the Earth"! (Genesis 1:28) I know You answered this prayer, in ha Kodesh Ruach, your Holy Spirit, the moment I said it; so I believe I "receive" (Mark 11:24) even now a family of brothers and sisters who are rejoicing over the wonderful blessing of Your wealth, that Your amazing and precious everlasting covenant may be established!

I pray that Yahuah Hayah bless you now mightily and that you realize in your heart how important you are to the ministry that He has given to Faith Harvest Israel to see that His truth is learned, believed and carried out by all His children throughout the world, so many of whom are in such desperate need of it, not to mention our ministry of practical helps for the disadvantaged!

Amen! Alleluia!
