Schools of Thought

Hi! I'm Pastor Floyd! I wish I had a photograph of you, too, so that I could visualize to whom I am talking! But Yahuah Hayah, the Self-Existent, Eternal I AM, Creator of the universe and King over it, knows who you are; and that's all that matters!

At this point in your participation in the service, I recommend that you go to Sabbath Ritual and participate in the prayer in which we like to engage each week, as I do each morning, to avail ourselves of Yahuah Hayah's "Power of Agreement" (Matthew 18:19) for the basic things that all of us must have each day of our lives! Although repetitious and time-consuming, doing that will bless you, the fellowship and all of His children in the universe! It is what some people call "getting prayed up"!

As for the thoughts that Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) gave me for this Sabbath, my New-Age friend characterized our differences as stemming out of our being from "two schools of thought"! Indeed! And what is the primary difference between those schools? I submit that it is our perception of Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ), Whom he calls "the Great Master Jesus", while we of Faith Harvest Israel regard Him as being Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s "Word" (John 1:1) and "only begotten Son"! (John 3:16)

That difference is critical to one's spiritual well being! For Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) warns, through His faithful apostle:

1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits, whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world! 2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God! 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world! (1st John 4:1 to 3)

"Jesus Christ" is comprised both of Yeshua's name (translated "Jesus") and His title "Mawshiyach" (translated "Messiah" in the Old Testament and "Christ" in the New)! For "Jesus Christ" to "come in the flesh" (1st John 4:3) requires that Yeshua came into the world as a child born of a woman!

New-Agers allow that "the Great Master Jesus" was born as a man; but they separate, from Him, His ordained role as the "Christ", insisting that "Christ" is only a state of mind, allowing only that He partook of it and that it is at the same time available to anyone who reaches that state of consciousness! That interpretation of course strips, from Yeshua, His uniqueness in being the Second Person of the Godhead - "the Father ... the Son and ... the Holy Spirit"! (Matthew 28:19)" - which is a serious corruption of the gospel He came to preach! He said:

46 Had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed Me! For he wrote of Me! 47 But, if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe My words? (John 5:46 and 47)

Not that any man hath seen the Father, save He Who is of God! He hath seen the Father. (John 6:46)

I am the way, the truth and the life! No man cometh unto the Father but by Me! (John 14:6)

Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM), of Whom Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ) is a part and was "the Word" (John 1:1) of Yahuah to Moses, gave, in His Torah, law and covenant, His fundamental offer of blessing! And He based that offer upon one's hearkening "unto the voice of Yahuah, thy God, to observe to do all His commandments"! (Deuteronomy 28:1)

So, if one is hearkening to another voice - the one denying Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ)'s being the Christ and thus denying His authority to require obedience to Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s Torah, law and covenant - the person listening to the wrong voice and not keeping Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s commandments is forfeiting His blessings, which include "eternal life"! (Matthew 19:16)

Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s blessings are a frightful thing for anyone to be without! For that deprivation would include being subject to Yahuah's "everlasting punishment" (Matthew 25:46), which is one more thing that the New-Ager does not accept! Since he will not acknowledge the presence of a personal God, the New-Ager does not believe in the judgments of that God; in the New-Ager's view all is "love"; and we simply bring upon ourselves whatever difficulties we may be experiencing!

We do, indeed, bring upon ourselves our own difficulties! But the New-Ager will not concede that those difficulties are the judgments of a personal God, indeed His cursing on those who "wilt not hearken unto the voice of Yahuah, thy God, to observe to do all His commandments"! (Deuteronomy 28:15) My friend wrote:

It seems to me that based on the traditional creed of which you are an adept, Jesus, the Great Master, means God, the ABSOLUTE, the Omnipotent, the Omniscient, the Omnipresent. This is very unfortunate, as this belief has misled the world and continues to be a dogmatic fallacy of the false teachings that are perpetrated in the name of this Great Master of Love.

According to my online dictionary, the word "creed" means "fundamental beliefs"! New-Agers have fundamental beliefs; but they do not call them a "creed", as they use that word in a derogatory sense, its being, in their view, "a dogmatic fallacy of false teachings", which presumably will be erased, once a person has reached an higher state of consciousness!

Again, relying on my dictionary, "dogmatic" means "characterized by or given to the expression of opinions very strongly or positively as if they were facts"! The key words in that definition are "as if they were facts", which implies that what the dogmatic person argues are not facts, which suggests but does not necessarily establish the idea that the dogmatic person is hypocritical!

Who can prove that what the bible's authors have written are, indeed, facts? They are the claims of those authors that the student of the bible accepts by "faith" or by the fact that they minister to his spirit as "truth"! We seem to have an inbuilt sense of what is right or wrong! And working with those claims confirms that they are true; that is, they work well, as one lives by them.

But with enough teachings and experiences to the contrary, one's spirit can also be conditioned to believe in things contrary to the bible's claims; yet Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) leaves us to work out what we choose to believe and makes us responsible for what we do about it. In other words, if what one has been conditioned to believe is contrary to Yahuah's truth, His "Spirit of truth" (John 16:13) will eventually "guide you into all truth"! (Verse 13)

But such guidance only works to the benefit of one who has agreed to "keep My commandments" (John 14:15); because Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) has promised him who "wilt not hearken unto the voice of Yahuah, thy God, to observe to do all His commandments" (Deuteronomy 28:15):

The Lord shall send, upon thee, cursing, vexation and rebuke, in all that thou settest thine hand unto for to do, until thou be destroyed and until thou perish quickly, because of the wickedness of thy doings, whereby thou hast forsaken Me. (Deuteronomy 28:20)

Of course such quotations from the bible are, virtually, meaningless to the New-Age exponent; because he regards them as part of the "dogmatic fallacy of the false teachings that are perpetrated" by such as myself, who have come to love Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s truth as I have!

But I am comforted by the assurance that each of us does have, deep down in our spirit, "the voice of Yahuah, thy God" (Deuteronomy 28:1); and that the power of my prayer in behalf of those who hold to opposing beliefs can and will overcome them by Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)'s way of dealing with children for whom another is praying!

An elderly couple who knew my maternal grandmother prayed for me, each day, for thirty years! And they lived to see the day when I came to them and declared my newly found faith in the God to Whom they had been praying in my behalf! What an amazing mission they pursued, to save the grandson of a good friend of theirs!

I pray that this information I have given you is true in Yahuah Hayah's sight, that it can be stored in your spirit for great and beneficial use to you as the days go by and that we might hear from you now and then as you find it working its wonders in your life!

Father, by my "faith in God"! (Mark 11:22) I "speak" (Mark 11:23), to your children, and command that they be given the knowledge and understanding of You and Your truth by which to know the critical differences between schools of thought!

I rejoice (John 15:11) that you are faithful to fulfill your children's powerful use of their "dominion ... over every living thing that moveth upon the Earth"! (Genesis 1:28) I know you answered this prayer, in ha Kodesh Ruach, your Holy Spirit, the moment I said it; so I "believe" I "receive" (Mark 11:24), even now, a family of brothers and sisters who are rejoicing over the wonderful blessings and eternal life in your awesome presence that walking in the fellowship and guidance of Your church provides, which we believe offers the right "school of thought".

I pray that Yahuah Hayah shall bless you mightily, throughout the coming week, and that you will realize in your heart how important you are to the ministry that He has given to Faith Harvest Israel to see that His truth is learned, believed and carried out by all His children throughout the world, so many of whom are in such desperate need of it, not to mention our ministry of practical helps for the disadvantaged!

Amen! Alleluia!
