Yahuah Hayah's Marriage
(Please note: This sermon can be directly accessed on the Internet at enterhiscovenant.com/Sabbath20161001.htm)
Hi! I'm Pastor Floyd! I wish I had a photograph of you, too, so that I could visualize to whom I am talking! But Yahuah Hayah, the Self-Existent, Eternal I AM, Creator of the universe and King over it, knows who you are; and that's all that matters!
At this point in your participation in the service, I recommend that you go to Sabbath Ritual and participate in the prayer in which we like to engage each week, as I do each morning, to avail ourselves of Yahuah Hayah's "Power of Agreement" (Matthew 18:19) for the basic things that all of us must have each day of our lives! Although repetitious and time-consuming, doing that will bless you, the fellowship and all of His children in the universe! It is what some people call "getting prayed up"!
As for the thoughts that Yahuah Hayah gave me for this Sabbath, Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) said, of "the house of Israel" (Jeremiah 31:31): "I was an husband unto them." (Verse 32) He wrote, through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ) through His faithful apostle John:
The relationship between Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) and His children is so special that He has used the marriage relationship among His children as the ideal by which to convey that specialness!
According to the record, Adam said, of marriage: "Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother and shall cleave unto his wife! And they shall be one flesh!" (Genesis 2:24) But, when Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ) was ministering among their children, He attributed that statement to Yahuah! (Matthew 19:4 and 5), the point being that, if a married man and woman are "one flesh"; so, also, are Yahuah and His children! he said, through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ):
This condition of oneness agrees with Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah's (I AM's) truth, when He wrote that He "created man in His own image"! (Genesis 1:27) For, if two people are made in the same image, they cannot help but be "one" in their nature and manner of conduct! And, for this reason He made reference, through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ), to "these little ones who believe in Me"! Why would not children created in the image of God believe in the God in Whose image they are?
But there are those who "offend ... these little ones" (Matthew 18:6), from time to time; that is, they challenge the understanding of "these little ones" of being so close to the One Who created them, the challengers being people who have strayed far from the innocence they once knew; and, having become servants of "Satan who deceiveth the whole world"! (Revelation 12:9), they work "to entrap", "trip up ... or entice to sin" (Strong: Greek: 4624) "these little ones" around them; and Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) said, through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ), of the offenders:
That is the passion with which Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) expressed His disdain for those who rob innocent children of the blessed state in which their believing Him has them; He said, through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ), of them:
That is strong language! So it bears close scrutiny, that one learn what makes a little child so special, in the eyes of Him Who created us. He also said:
From the first of those two remarkable sayings one learns that the little child is "humble"! And that quality in us makes us received virtually as God Himself! And why not, with the little child who is "humble" being made " in the image of God" (Genesis 1:27) and being "made perfect in one" (John 17:23) with Him?
Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) said, through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ), of Himself: "I am meek and lowly in heart!" (Matthew 11:29) And the word "meek" is the translation of a word meaning "gentle" or "humble"! (Strong: Greek: 4235) So that is the "image" in which the little child is "made", which quality is the reason Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) welcomes the little child into His kingdom!
Furthermore, if Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah's (I AM's) relationship with His children is comparable to that of a married man and woman, one is well advised to study the effect of humility in the partners of a marriage! And are we surprised to learn that partners in marriage that practice humility one toward the other fare much better together than those who behave proudly or haughtily toward the other.
In my meditating upon these observations before Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM), He showed me that the attitude underlying humility is respect - yes, even reverence - toward another, one's proceeding in the knowledge and recognition that the other, too, is a precious child of God, our Creator and King, and that as such he or she is worthy of the greatest consideration regardless of and even especially for the other's being still young and immature yet still retaining the humble regard for God with which he or she began his or her life on Earth! Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) said, of "these little ones":
What kind of angel is he who is always looking upon the face of God?
He would be God's angel, right? in contrast to Satan's angel, who is ever looking to his master for direction; so which angel one has looking after him or leading him astray is determined by this amazing quality of being humble, respectful or even reverential toward a neighbor! And in the process of examining these qualities, have we not encountered an in-depth look at what Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah's (I AM's) commandment to "love" one's "neighbor" (Leviticus 19:18) is about?
And, when it comes to loving Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) (Deuteronomy 6:5), which He said through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ) is "the First and Great Commandment" (Matthew 22:38), would not loving Him in the same manner - with the humility, respect and reverence that one should have for His children - well fulfill what He wants in our regard for Him?
And, when we consider that such humility is the essence of His pleasure in us, are we not surprised when we hear Him say through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ): "Whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he who shall humble himself shall be exalted!" (Matthew 23:12) So are we not surprised to find these words attributed to two different apostles:
Indeed, in addressing the entire matter of Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah's (I AM's) marriage, we have uncovered the quality of behavior that grabs His magnificent heart quicker than any other attribute! He loves the child who is humble! His recorder wrote, of Moses: "The man Moses was very meek, above all the men who were upon the face of the Earth!" (Numbers 12:3) And this word "meek" is the translation of a word meaning "depressed (figuratively), in mind (gentle) or circumstances (needy, especially saintly)" (Strong: Hebrew: 6035)
What has "depressed" the humble child of Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)? Is it not his awareness of the greatness of another; and is not the other's having been made by and in the image of Yahuah, our amazing Creator of All and the King over it, not sufficient reason for that depression or the curbing of any tendency to be arrogant or presumptuous toward a child of that magnificent God?
Yes, each of us, also, is one of those privileged children! But, in view of being surrounded by others exactly like us insofar as our heritage is concerned, what remains as any reason for us to be proud or arrogant toward our neighbor?
So understanding Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah's (I AM's) marriage is to understand ourselves! And are we not glad we took a good look at that matter this lovely Sabbath day, realizing that the "clean and white" clothing of His bride is "righteousness" (Revelation 19:8), which He attributes only to those who "observe to do all these commandments before Yahuah, our God"? (Deuteronomy 6:25)
I pray that this information I have given you is true in Yahuah Hayah's sight, that it can be stored in your spirit for great and beneficial use to you as the days go by and that we might hear from you now and then as you find it working its wonders in your life!
I pray that Yahuah Hayah shall bless you mightily, throughout the coming year, and that you will realize in your heart how important you are to the ministry that He has given to Faith Harvest Israel to see that His truth is learned, believed and carried out by all His children throughout the world, so many of whom are in such desperate need of it.
