Yahuah Hayah's Search

(Please note: This sermon can be directly accessed on the Internet at honorhislaw.com/Sabbath20161119.htm)

Hi! I'm Pastor Floyd! I wish I had a photograph of you, too, so that I could visualize to whom I am talking! But Yahuah Hayah, the Self-Existent, Eternal I AM, Creator of the universe and King over it, knows who you are; and that's all that matters!

At this point in your participation in the service, I recommend that you go to Sabbath Ritual and participate in the prayer in which we like to engage each week, as I do each morning, to avail ourselves of Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah's (I AM's) "Power of Agreement" (Matthew 18:19) for the basic things that all of us must have each day of our lives! Although repetitious and time-consuming, doing that will bless you, the fellowship and all of His children in the universe! It is what some people call "getting prayed up"!

As for the thoughts that Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) gave me for this Sabbath, He wrote, through His prophet: "I sought for a man among them, who should make up the hedge and stand in the gap before Me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none!" (Ezekiel 22:30)

That was back in Ezekiel's day; but Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) wrote, through His author: "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and for ever!" (Hebrews 13:8) And Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ) is one of the three Persons of the Godhead!

So I believe that Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) is searching even today "for a man among them, who should make up the hedge and stand in the gap before Me for the land"; and I believe that "land" is now the world!

Furthermore, since I know of no other ministry that is teaching honor for Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah's (I AM's) torah or law through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ) through Moses as His one and only offer of salvation for "the house of Israel" (Jeremiah 31:31), I believe we of Faith Harvest Israel are the "man among them, who should make up the hedge and stand in the gap before" Yahuah "for the land"!

The fact that Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) would alter His plans for an entire nation for the presence and action of only one son of His shows the power that He has given to each one of us; for, if He searched and is searching even now for "a man among them" who will tip His scales from punishment to mercy and salvation for an entire people, that power resides in every one of us.

So we are responsible for how we use that power; and what we do with it has far reaching consequences, which can either bless or curse untold numbers of people and ourselves along with them; for Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah's (I AM's) justice requires the fulfillment of this truth about how He deals with His children: "Give, and it shall be given unto you." (Luke 6:38)

This is the way He deals with us; and He does not depart from it an hair's breadth! It is immutable! So it is guaranteed!

This power to affect entire nations ties in, perfectly, with the "dominion" that Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) has given each child of His "over every living thing that moveth upon the Earth", which activates ha Kodesh (the Holy) Ruach (Spirit), when we "say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea" (Mark 11:23), the "mountain" representing any obstacle we want removed in the expediting of our affairs!

Of course, when one commands the "mountain", he must "not doubt in his heart but ... believe that those things that he saith shall come to pass", in which case "he shall have whatsoever he saith"! (Mark 11:23) And the nation and himself will be saved and all will be well with mankind!

We have a perfect example of this power in the praying of Daniel that Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) "behold our desolations and the city that is called by Thy name" (Daniel 9:18) and "forgive"! (Verse 19) For because of their sins the children of Israel had been taken captive and moved to Babylon, where they had been forced to remain for seventy years!

Daniel's prayer interceding for his land and people is a marvelous study in contrition or the "repentance" (Matthew 9:13) for which Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) ever looks, in the hearts of His children, so that He can bless them according to the great love that He ever has for them regardless of how badly they have sinned against Him.

So, if you have ever wondered why some of your prayers have not brought the relief you have sought in them, see, now, how Daniel approached his God in reversing the terrible judgment that He had laid upon them for so long:

2 I Daniel understood, by books, the number of the years, whereof the word of Yahuah came to Jeremiah the prophet, that He would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem! 3 And I set my face, unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth and ashes! (Daniel 9:2 and 3)

In the instruction Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) gave us, through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ), in the use of our dominion (Mark 11:22 to 24), He did not mention any necessity for "fasting, sackcloth and ashes" to secure a favorable result! He said, that, having spoken to one's "mountain" that it "be removed", the favorable result would come, if the person praying "shall not doubt in his heart but shall believe that those things that he saith shall come to pass"! And the "favorable result" would be that "he shall have whatsoever he saith"!

So the "fasting, sackcloth and ashes" appear to be a tradition among the children of Israel by which to convey the intensity of their shame for sinful behavior, believing, I suppose, that such dramatic demonstrations of their remorse might move their God to hear their plea for relief, when we have the benefit of knowing by the word of our God that our believing in our prayer and in Him Who is hearing it is what brings the desired result.

Still, repentance has its place in the process; Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) said, through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ)": I came ... to call sinners to repentance"!

(Matthew 9:13) And Daniel's prayer shows the contrite heart that shows the needed repentance:

4 I prayed unto Yahuah, my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love Him and to them who keep His commandments; 5 we have sinned and have committed iniquity and have done wickedly and have rebelled, even by departing from Thy precepts and from Thy judgments! 6 Neither have we hearkened unto Thy servants the prophets, who spake in Thy name to our kings, our princes, our fathers and to all the people of the land! (Daniel 9:4 to 6)

An acknowledgement of God's goodness in contrast to the "confusion" of His people seemed appropriate to Daniel to bring into his supplication:

7 O Lord, righteousness belongeth unto Thee, but unto us confusion of faces, as at this day, to the men of Judah, to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and unto all Israel, who are near and who are far off, through all the countries whither Thou hast driven them, because of their trespass that they have trespassed against Thee. (Daniel 9:7)

Next comes Daniel's reference to God's mercy along with a more specific account of Israel's sins against Him and a recognition that what they have suffered was His righteous judgments upon them:

An acknowledgement of God's goodness in contrast to the "confusion" of His people seemed appropriate to Daniel to bring into his supplication:

9 To Yahuah, our God belong mercies and forgivenesses, though we have rebelled against Him; 10 Neither have we obeyed the voice of Yahuah, our God, to walk in His laws, which He set before us by His servants the prophets. 11 Yea, all Israel have transgressed Thy law, even by departing, that they might not obey Thy voice! Therefore the curse is poured upon us and the oath that is written in the law of Moses the servant of God, because we have sinned against Him. 12 And He hath confirmed His words, which He spake against us and against our judges who judged us, by bringing upon us a great evil! For under the whole heaven hath not been done as hath been done upon Jerusalem. 13 As it is written in the law of Moses, all this evil is come upon us: yet made we not our prayer before Yahuah, our God, that we might turn from our iniquities, and understand Thy truth! 14 Therefore hath Yahuah watched, upon the evil, and brought it upon us: for Yahuah, our God is righteous in all the works that He doeth: for we obeyed not His voice! (Daniel 9:7)

Having expressed his painful awareness of God's goodness and justice and His children's violence to it, Daniel then supposed he could make known his petition in behalf of those children, making reference to Yahuah's wonderful delivery of His people in the past to introduce his plea:

15 Now, O Yahuah, our God, Who hast brought thy people forth out of the land of Egypt, with a mighty hand, and hast gotten thee renown, as at this day; we have sinned, we have done wickedly! 16 O Yahuah, according to all Thy righteousness, I beseech thee, let thine anger and thy fury be turned away from thy city Jerusalem, Thy holy mountain: because for our sins and for the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and thy people are become a reproach to all who are about us. 17 Now, therefore, O our God, hear the prayer of thy servant and his supplications and for the Lord’s sake cause Thy face to shine upon Thy sanctuary that is desolate! 18 O my God, incline Thine ear and hear! Open Thine eyes and behold our desolations and the city that is called by Thy name! For we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousnesses but for thy great mercies! 19 O Lord, hear! O Lord, forgive! O Lord, hearken and do! Defer not, for Thine own sake, O my God! For Thy city and Thy people are called by Thy name! (Daniel 9:15 to 19)

Daniel then writes of Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah's (I AM's) response to his prayer, in the sending of no less than "the man Gabriel", who we know as the "angel" Gabriel, not only to answer his prayer but to give him one of the notable prophecies that the Bible now contains of events in "the last days":

20 While I was speaking, praying and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel and presenting my supplication before Yahuah, my God, for the holy mountain of my God ... 21 Yea, while I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation. 22 He informed me and talked with me and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding! 23 At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to show thee; for thou art greatly beloved! Therefore understand the matter and consider the vision! 24 Seventy weeks are determined, upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, to make an end of sins, to make reconciliation for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up the vision and prophecy and to anoint the most Holy! 25 Know, therefore, and understand that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks and threescore and two weeks. The street shall be built again and the wall, even in troublous times! 26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off but not for Himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. 27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. (Daniel 9:15 to 19)

Don't feel bad, if you do not understand about the "seventy weeks" that Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) has "determined" on His children and all that He has said will happen during them; for I do not understand much of it myself! And I am really not too concerned about understanding all of it. What I am concerned about is our readiness to be well received and judged by Him when it does come time for each of us to move on into Heaven or into the new world that He has in mind eventually establishing on Earth according to such prophecies as this one that He gave to Daniel!

So, without apology, spiritual readiness before Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) is the focus of Faith Harvest Israel's ministry and readiness to "stand in the gap" before Him, that He not destroy the land or the world but, rather, be willing for our sake to save it to the uttermost! And you will hear much on those subjects, as the days go by!

I pray that this information I have given you is true in Yahuah Hayah's sight, that it can be stored in your spirit for great and beneficial use to you, as the days go by, and that we might hear from you, now and then, as you find it working its wonders in your life!

Father, by my "faith in God"! (Mark 11:22) I "speak" (Mark 11:23), to your children, and command that they be given the knowledge and understanding of You and the power You have put within their spirit by which to "stand in the gap" before You.

Father, I rejoice (John 15:11) that You are faithful to fulfill your children's powerful use of their "dominion ... over every living thing that moveth upon the Earth"! (Genesis 1:28) I know you answered this prayer, in ha Kodesh Ruach, your Holy Spirit, the moment I said it; and I believe I "receive" (Mark 11:24) a family of brothers and sisters who are rejoicing over the salvation and joy of all mankind that lies within the reach of their amazing dominion, by the personal power You have given each of them to order Your mighty Spirit to move in behalf of all Your children everywhere!

I pray that Yahuah Hayah shall bless you mightily, throughout the coming week; and that you will realize in your heart how important you are to the ministry that He has given to Faith Harvest Israel to see that His truth is learned, believed and carried out by all His children throughout the world, so many of whom are in such desperate need of it.

Amen! Alleluia!
