Yahuah Hayah's Judgments

(Please note: This sermon can be directly accessed on the Internet at

Hi! I'm Pastor Floyd! I wish I had a photograph of you, too, so that I could visualize to whom I am talking! But Yahuah Hayah, the Self-Existent, Eternal I AM, Creator of All and King over it, knows who you are; and that's all that matters!

At this point in your participation in the service, I recommend that you go to Sabbath Ritual and participate in the prayer in which we like to engage each week, as I do each morning, to avail ourselves of Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah's (I AM's) "Power of Agreement" (Matthew 18:19) for the basic things that all of us must have each day of our lives! Although repetitious and time-consuming, doing that will bless you, the fellowship and all of His children throughout His creation! It is what some people call "getting prayed up"!

As for the thoughts that Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) gave me for this Sabbath, He wrote, through His psalmist: "The judgments of Yahuah are true and righteous altogether!" (Psalm 19:9)

In this verse the word "judgments" is translated from a word meaning "a verdict (favorable or unfavorable) pronounced judicially, especially a sentence or formal decree, divine law, individual or collective), including the act, the place, the suit, the crime and the penalty"! (Strong: Hebrew: 4941) And, when Yahuah speaks a judgment, one can believe that it is fulfilled! It is His response to what we do, either for or against Him, in loving or hating our neighbor, who is Yahuah's created child! And that love or hate is the motivation behind our either accommodating or frustrating the needs and desires of the neighbor.

A dear friend of mine suffered a devastating loss, which left her virtually helpless to do anything that she normally does to get her needs fulfilled! She lost, all at one time, her phone, her wallet and her portable computer! I of course did what I could to help her remedy the damage! And then, at one point, when we had made progress toward getting her functional again, I recommended: "It would be helpful, if you would seek God, to learn why this happened to you." And her response was typical!

My friend said: "I don't believe God goes around punishing His children every time they do something wrong!"

"The judgments of Yahuah are true and righteous!" (Psalm 19:9), I answered.

"This is just one of those things that happens," my friend insisted. "What does God have to do with it?"

"Everything!", I replied. "He is sovereignly in control of every particle in His creation, let alone over the things that happen to His children!"

"If that is true, why did God make this happen to me?" my friend wanted to know.

"That is exactly the question I recommended you seek an answer for from Him! For only He knows what it is! The rest of us may have opinions on the subject; but, even if we express them, they are not usually welcome; because who are we to be speculating on why God does anything, especially if the speculation involves some fault in a neighbor?"

My friend's response was emphatic: "That is why I get so sick of Dad's saying, "God will punish you for that!", when usually he is talking about something we are doing that is contrary to what he wants from us!"

"That is why God is a covenant God," I answered. "He has put down His wants concerning us in writing, so that there is always His Torah to which we can refer when wanting to know why He does what He does! Part of your seeking His will can include studying His Torah; but through His voice in our spirit He goes straight to the heart of His problems with us. It is called our "conscience"!

So long as our "conscience" is based upon God's moment-by-moment guidance, we are in good hands! But sometimes our conscience is affected by our own notions or by other voices, to where our sense of right and wrong gets twisted! And then we get into trouble! And, again, that is where a good understanding of what God has said through Jesus through Moses becomes helpful; that is His Torah; and it is always there to clarify our ideas about what God wants from us."

But over the years God's children have wandered far from His will for them, by not listening to His voice in their spirit or by not obeying the commandments in His Torah! So He sent His Son Jesus to make what God wants very clear! He taught many things we should also study; but the most important thing He did was to let His enemies do what they wanted with Him.

Sadly, Jesus' enemies wanted to kill Him; and they did so, by accusing Him to the Romans, who crucified Him. But that said more to us than all He taught while He was alive! We saw, in Jesus' death, the ultimate cruelty and injustice done to the most innocent and wonderful man who ever lived! It was done by one of us! And that showed exactly how terrible our sinning against God can be!

Everything we do that violates a neighbor is a sin against God, Who made the neighbor and Whose spirit is in the neighbor. He Himself feels the pain of our violence to one another, when we fail to "love one another (John 13:34)"! But, when some of us crucified His Son, we were sinning against Him directely! For Jesus is the "Express Image" (Hebrews 1:3) of God the Father!

We have never been able to get over the tremendous injustice we were capable of doing against God directly! That atrocity is now a revolting part of our history, making it impossible for any of us to hold up his head and claim to be without sin! If some of us were capable of such abomination, all the rest of us are capable of sharing in it to some extent! And realizing that weakness in ourselves along with a desire that our Creator forgive us for it is the beginning of a favorable relationship with Him.

Living in denial of our willingness to sin is what keeps us apart from the amazing and wonderful God Who created us; for while we deny that willingness, He cannot correct us in it; and correcting our weakness in being righteous is the reason He starts our life on Earth, where He lets us sin, if we want, to learn the pain that it invariably brings upon us.

If we go our entire life on Earth without learning the reason for that pain, a greater pain awaits us in Hell, where God lets His rebellious children find out what a place is like where His goodness cannot be found and where the pain of unrighteousness is what one feels continually!

Those who go their entire time Hell without finally realizing the truth and necessity of God's righteousness will be taken into the next and final disposition of the rebellious, which He calls "the Second Death" (Revelation 20:14), which is His "Lake of Fire"! (Verse 14), into which the apostle John saw "Death and Hell ... cast" (Verse 14) in His amazing vision of the future!

So a matter so simple as seeking to know why things have been stolen from us is not so "simple" after all! And we do well to heed the warnings that God, Whose name is "Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM)", has put into His Holy Bible for the instruction and wisdom of His children, whom He loved enough to have His "Word" (John 1:1) and "only begotten Son" lay down His life, so that their "conscience" could be purged of "dead works to serve the living God"! (Hebrews 9:14)

In that way Jesus, Whose name is "Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ)", fulfilled the "atonement" (Numbers 15:28) of His Father's Torah, "in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him who did the service perfect as pertaining to the conscience"! (Hebrews 9:9)

Those "sacrifices" were the lambs that were killed in the Torah's "atonement", showing the violence that sin always does to God; but, as the verse says, all those sacrifices "could not make him who did the service perfect as pertaining to the conscience"; but that was the goal toward which the sacrificing of lambs brought the children of Israel, the final attainment of which came with the sacrificing of Jesus Himself as the atonement that would surpass all others in its traumatic effect on the consciences of God's children everywhere!

God's prophecy of Jesus' return says that "they shall look upon Me Whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for Him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for Him, as one who is in bitterness for his firstborn!" (Zechariah 12:10) For the days of the Jews' denying that they crucified their Messiah will be over, by the impact of His glorious appearance before them with the nailprints in His hands and feet attesting their abominable sin against Him; and the value of that realization will be impressed upon them with a power that can never be denied throughout the remainder of eternity!

That realization will save the the remaining "sinners" (Matthew 9:13) whom Jesus said He came to "call ... to repentance", that "call" having been the traumatic impact of His crucifixion upon the "conscience" of His children everywhere to "purge" it for all time from the mistaken notion that we, God's children, are in any way above doing violence against Him.

God gave us the freedom to sin, primarily by hating Him instead of loving Him, knowing that in our ignorance of His righteousness and its critical importance to living favorably with Him, our amazing and beloved Creator, throughout the rest of eternity, we would be careless about our violating Him; but He wanted us to learn that truth by experience, knowing that His loving and gracious forgiveness awaited any of His children who would from their heart ask Him for it, as Jesus included in His prayer for us to pray: "Our Father ... forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors"! (Matthew 6:9 and 12)

I pray that this information I have given you is true in Yahuah Hayah's sight, that it can be stored in your spirit for great and beneficial use to you as the days go by and that we might hear from you now and then as you find it working its wonders in your life!

Father, by my "faith in God"! (Mark 11:22) I "speak" (Mark 11:23), to your children, and command that they be given the knowledge and understanding of Your judgments by which to seek Your will for them and Your magnificent purpose for them.

I rejoice (John 15:11) that you are faithful to fulfill your children's powerful use of their "dominion ... over every living thing that moveth upon the Earth"! (Genesis 1:28) I know you answered this prayer, in ha Kodesh Ruach, your Holy Spirit, the moment I said it; and I believe I "receive" (Mark 11:24) a family of brothers and sisters who are rejoicing over the wonderful blessings and eternal life in your awesome presence that walking humbly and truthfully according to Your judgments upon them brings to them!

I pray that Yahuah Hayah shall bless you mightily, throughout the coming week, and that you will realize in your heart how important you are to the ministry that He has given to Faith Harvest Israel to see that His truth is learned, believed and carried out by all His children throughout the world, so many of whom are in such desperate need of it.

Amen! Alleluia!
