Yahuah Hayah's Tithe

(Please note: This sermon can be directly accessed on the Internet at

Hi! I'm Pastor Floyd! I wish I had a photograph of you, too, so that I could visualize to whom I am talking! But Yahuah Hayah, the Self-Existent, Eternal I AM, the Creator of the universe and King over it, knows who you are; and that's all that matters!

At this point in your participation in the service, I recommend that you go to Sabbath Ritual and participate in the prayer in which we like to engage each week, as I do each morning, to avail ourselves of Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah's (I AM's) "Power of Agreement" (Matthew 18:19) for the basic things that all of us must have each day of our lives! Although repetitious and time-consuming, doing that will bless you, the fellowship and all of His children in the universe! It is what some people call "getting prayed up"!

As for the thoughts that Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) gave me for this Sabbath, a young man with whom I entered into conversation, yesterday, when he learned that I had a ministry, recited Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach's (the Messiah's or Christ's) Parable of the Talents, so that I could then answer a question that he had about it. The parable goes like this:

14 The kingdom of Heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his servants and delivered unto them his goods! 15 Unto one he gave five talents, to another two and to another one, to every man according to his ability, and straightway took his journey! 16 Then he who had received the five talents went and traded with the same and made them other five talents. 17 And likewise he who had received two, he also gained other two. 18 But he who had received one went and digged, in the earth, and hid his lord’s money. 19 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh and reckoneth, with them. 20 So he who had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more! 21 His lord said, unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant! Thou hast been faithful over a few things; I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord! 22 He also who had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them. 23 His lord said, unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant! Thou hast been faithful over a few things; I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord! 24 Then he who had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee, that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown and gathering where thou hast not sown. 25 So I was afraid and went and hid thy talent in the Earth! Lo, there thou hast that is thine! 26 His lord answered and said, unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not sown. 27Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers and then, at my coming, I should have received mine own with usury! 28 Take, therefore, the talent, from him, and give it unto him who hath ten talents. 29 For unto every one who hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance! But from him who hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath! (Matthew 25:14 to 29)

The question the young man had for me concerning that parable was: How can I double my tithe? And Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) gave me this answer:

The servants who were given the various talents were expected to invest them in a business that would bring profit for their lord! In the parable the profit that the enterprising servants did receive was "double" that which they had invested, which explains why my young friend was interested in doubling his tithe! By other scriptures we know of Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah's (I AM's) commandment that we give to "the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless and the widow, that they may eat within thy gates and be filled" (Deuteronomy 26:12) His "tithe" (Leviticus 27:30) of the increase we gain through our business enterprise, which means "a tenth"! (Stong: Hebrew: 4643) That leaves nine tenths for the tither to use for his own purposes, which is quite in excess of the "double" my young friend was interested in receiving for his tithe! Yahuah said, through Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ), through Moses:

All the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is Yahuah's! It is holy unto Yahuah! (Leviticus 27:30)

So in the first place one cannot well "double" that which does not belong to him; but Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) wrote, through His prophet:

10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in Mine house, and prove Me now herewith, saith Yahuah of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of Heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. 11 And I will rebuke the Devourer, for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit, before the time, in the field, saith Yahuah of hosts! 12 And all nations shall call you blessed! For ye shall be a delightsome land, saith Yahuah of hosts! (Malachi 3:10 to 12)

We also have the interesting promise made by Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ): "Every one who hath forsaken houses, brethren, sisters, father, mother, wife, children or lands for My name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold and shall inherit everlasting life!" (Matthew 19:29)

Talk about "doubling" one's resources! "An hundredfold" is one hundred times the investment that anyone makes in His Creator and King! And in this regard, Yeshua's promise includes "forsaking" relatives or loved ones for His sake, which suggests the sacrifices that are made by the families of those persons who dedicate their time and talents in serving Him.

If there be anything not addressed by the above considerations, we have, also, the words of Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ): "Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over shall men give into your bosom! For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again!" (Luke 6:38)

Giving to "the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless and the widow" is loving them, which fulfills Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah's (I AM's) commandment that we do that (Leviticus 19:18; Matthew 22:39), which is also loving Yahuah, Who loves all His children, which fulfills His "First and Great Commandment" (Verse 38), upon which "hang all the law and the prophets"! (Verse 40)

So the giving of tithe is involved with fulfilling "all the law and the prophets", which are the expression of Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah's (I AM's) will! And Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ) said: "Not every one who saith unto Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of Heaven but he who doeth the will of My Father Who is in Heaven!" (Matthew 7:21)

So the giving of tithe is involved even with the "eternal life" (Matthew 19:16) that is secured by him who shall "keep the commandments"! (Verse 17)

All of these considerations tie together, to where one's ignoring any one of them blocks his access to "the kingdom of Heaven" (Matthew 5:20), which requires one's "righteousness" (Verse 20), which is obtained by those who "observe [or put a value on] to do all these commandments before Yahuah, our God"! (Deuteronomy 6:25)

The Parable of the Talents upon which I focused at the beginning of this sermon has another important implication, which we have not yet addressed! In another place, Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ) called the care of another's goods "stewardship"! (Luke 16:2); and in the Parable of the Talents the good stewardship of the enterprising servants was rewarded by being told: "Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord!" (Matthew 25:21)

Yahuah (Self-Existent, Eternal) Hayah (I AM) gives, to each of us children of His, "talents", which are things or abilities to work with, which we can either invest for a good return or bury them and have taken from us "even that which he hath"! (Matthew 25:29) And the punishment of the indolent servant becomes even more drastic, in his being "cast ... into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth" (Verse 30)! which is a clear reference to one's being sent to Hell, which implies the opposite for those who exercise good stewardship of the telents Yahuah gives them, rulership "over many things" and entering "into the joy of thy lord" being a clear reference to entering Heaven!

So those who lean heavenly on Paul's "faith in His blood" (Romans 3:25) for their assurance of Heaven will be sadly disappointed, if they have not also entered into the good stewardship clearly taught by Yeshua (Jesus) ha Mawshiyach (the Messiah or Christ)! And the most important part of that stewardship is what we do with His tithe!

I pray that this information I have given you is true in Yahuah Hayah's sight, that it can be stored in your spirit for great and beneficial use to you as the days go by and that we might hear from you now and then as you find it working its wonders in your life!

Father, by my "faith in God"! (Mark 11:22) I "speak" (Mark 11:23), to your children, and command that they be given the knowledge, understanding and desire to fulfill Your love in the giving of Your tithe!

I rejoice (John 15:11) that you are faithful to fulfill your children's powerful use of their "dominion ... over every living thing that moveth upon the Earth"! (Genesis 1:28) I know you answered this prayer, in ha Kodesh Ruach, your Holy Spirit, the moment I said it; and I believe I "receive" (Mark 11:24) a family of brothers and sisters who are rejoicing over the wonderful blessings and eternal life in your awesome presence that being faithful in the wise returning of Your tithe to You brings!

I pray that Yahuah Hayah shall bless you mightily, throughout the coming week, and that you will realize in your heart how important you are to the ministry that He has given to Faith Harvest Israel to see that His truth is learned, believed and carried out by all His children throughout the world, so many of whom are in such desperate need of it.

Amen! Alleluia!
